RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, no refund or exchange can be offered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@anaeris.com. Once your return is approved, instructions will be sent by email. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a confirmation email will be sent. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
